REFUNDS

100% customer satisfaction. Whether you want to exchange, are not happy with the product, or returning per the warranty, XLUX Optics LLC will ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Our primary objective is to sell products that meet customer expectations and abide by the advertised standards and performances of the product.

If you are not happy with the product and would like to return or exchange, a return shipping label and full refund shall be provided under the following conditions:

1. The product shall be returned no later than 15 days from the day it was purchased.

2. The product must be returned in a condition in which it can be resold. This implies no damage of any kind, the unit was not tampered with and all components included in the original sale are returned.

3. Proof of purchase is required. 

4. All email correspondence shall be carried out with the listed email address that the LED light fixture was originally purchased with. 

A return shipping label shall be sent via email upon meeting the above criteria. 

XLUX Optics LLC shall assess the returned products condition to determine if the product falls within either the warranty or customer satisfaction criteria prior to any refunds or exchanges.

XLUX Optics LLC reserves the right to deny any returns under circumstances that do not comply with the warranty and customer satisfaction criteria. Upon such a situation the customer will be held responsible for any associated return shipping cost.

SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday – Friday). Processing time is the period after your order is placed when your payment is verified, the order is transmitted to our fulfillment center, and the items are prepared for shipment. The shipping times are dependent on selection at checkout. 

SHIPPING DAMAGE

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are tested for quality and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 72hrs of receipt of your package. Please contact us and provide detailed information if your product was damaged during shipping.
